EARTH DAY (22nd April)

The first Earth Day was organized 50 years ago by Denis Hayes, a 25 year old graduate student.

"When we have things going well for the environment, Earth Days celebratory, and when you have things going wrong for the environment, then they tend to be protests against all of the things that are going wrong and that are harming people."
